The three separate Lumen outages/disruptions occurred on August 31, 2023, April 17 & July 9,2024, impacting 911 service over a wide area of Lumens’ Nebraska network.
An initial public hearing regarding the August 31, 2023, Lumen outage was held by the Commission in January.
