“We are once again very excited about this line up. It took a little longer to come together, but nonetheless, it was certainly worth the wait” says Executive Director Bob Lantis. “The bar has been set pretty high for our festival, and I feel like we have hit that mark again with this lineup."
Country music sensation Bailey Zimmeran is set to headline the highly anticipated Saturday night performance of the Viaero Summer Jam Concert Series at the Wild West Arena. Known for his powerful vocals and dynamic performances, Bailey is poised to deliver an unforgettable night for fans and country music lovers alike.
Hailing from the pipeline of West Virginia, Bailey Zimmeran is no stranger to hard work and dedication, which is evident in his music.
With chart-topping hits like “Religiously” and “Rock and a Hard Place,” he has quickly established himself as one of the most exciting new artists in the country music scene. His unique blend of heartfelt lyrics and raspy vibrato voice captivates audiences of all kinds, making him a standout performer. Most recently, his 2024 release of “Hell or High Water” was included on the blockbuster movie “Twister” soundtrack. “We certainly think that Bailey was worth the wait,” says Bob Lantis. “He’s one of the most popular country music artists out there right now, so we couldn’t be more excited.” There is high anticipation for the release of a new full length album by Bailey Zimmerman in late 2024.
Opening for Bailey Zimmerman will be Cooper Alan, who got his start in country music while attending the University of North Carolina. Cooper and his party band would play any bar that would let them play. After graduating from UNC, he couldn’t get to Nashville fast enough. While putting in his time on the Nashville scene playing bars and honky tonks, it was social media that began to ignite his popularity and he has been pushing forward ever since. His deep vocals along with his entertaining stage presence continues to make him a fan favorite as he tours the U.S.
Luke Bryan, of course, needs very little introduction. He has been a “staple” on the country music scene for nearly two decades, as a 5-time Entertainer of the Year, by both the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association.
Most recently he has gained significant popularity as an “American Idol” Judge and will continue that role again in 2025. The Georgia native, continues to produce chart-topping singles and Luke’s latest album, Mind of a Country Boy, is set to be released this month. On Friday, June 27th, Luke Bryan will be joined by support acts Ashley Cooke and Bayker Blankenship.
Ashley Cooke, broke into country music in early 2022, with her first album release Already Drank that Beer. It didn’t take long for Cooke to become a fan favorite with her followup album Shot in the Dark. That album produced her breakout #1 Single, “Your Place”. Her popularity continues to grow as she was first female artist to claim the top spot and only the second to reach No.1 from a female artist on country radio in 2024. Cooke went on to win her first CMT Award for Breakthrough Female Video of the Year at the 2024 CMT Awards before being nominated for ACM New Female Artist of the Year.
Livingston, Tennessee native Bayker Blankenship will be the first to hit the stage on Friday night. Blankenship, who took to social media to begin his country music career, has an unforgettable voice and a “down to earth southern charm” that certainly makes him very popular on social media with nearly three quarters of a million followers on TikTok. His biggest hit, “Maxed Out” debuted on the Billboard Canadian Hot 100 chart earlier this summer.
“An additional support artist for our Saturday night show will be announced at a later date” says Bob Lantis. “We are still sifting through some potential artists and we hope to have that announcement soon.” Tickets will go on sale to the public for Bailey Zimmerman on October 2nd, at 9:00 am online at nebraskalanddays.com or call the office at (308) 532-7939 to purchase those tickets as well as purchase tickets for Luke Bryan.
