North Platte, Neb. - Community members gather around Wednesday for the new groundbreaking of the Village Park Flats Develpoment located at 3805 W. A Street in North Platte.&nbsp;

This project is to help add more homes in North Platte as North Platte has been facing a housing shortage. The North Platte area is getting ready to welcome in businesses like Sustainable Beef, the Inland Port Authority in Hershey. North Platte is a fast-paced growing community.&nbsp;&nbsp;

This development project will feature all new modernized amenities in the units. Gateway Reality is working alongside Nuhaven Builders to bring in single-family and multi-family units.&nbsp;
