NORTH PLATTE - The North Platte city council held their regular meeting on January 2nd and there were different agenda that was discussed amongst the council. Items include Jim Nisley has been reelected as council president, the new shade structure for Bill Wood Field, annexation of land in the southeast part of North Platte and so much more.&nbsp;
