North Platte, Neb. - With election voting quickly approaching, a candidate Q&amp;A forum will be taking place on Monday, Aprill 22nd in North Platte which features candidates from North Platte City Council - Ward 4, Lincoln County Commissioners - District 1 &amp; 4. The event kicks off at 5:30 with a meet and greet with candidates and the forum begins at 6:30 pm. The event is free and takes place at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds Ag building.&nbsp;
