North Platte, Ne - The first Queens of Nebraskaland Days were crowned Saturday night after three nights of intense competition, Raechel Warren, Miss Douglas County, was crowned Miss Nebraska 2024, and Janae Harris, Miss Lincoln, earned the title of Miss Nebraska’s Teen 2024. 30 women competed in the prestigious event, showcasing their talents and achievements at North Platte High School.
Warren took home many preliminary awards during the week including winning the evening gown on Thursday night and talent on Friday night. As the new Miss Nebraska, Raechel Warren's Service Initiative is Passion to Purpose. “Encouraging youth to discover their passion and purpose by championing mentorship, encouraging community, and creating opportunity for self-discovery.“

- Raechel Warren - Miss Douglas County
- Alayna Wilson - Miss Omaha
- Aubrey Grasz - Miss Midwest
- Phoenix Stanford - Miss Lincoln
- Courtney Pelland - Miss Capital City
The top five for Miss Nebraska’s Teen were:
- Janae Harris - Miss Lincoln’s Teen
- Clara Johnson - Miss Douglas County’s Teen
- Ally Parker - Miss Omaha’s Teen
- Abi Howard - Miss Capital City’s Teen
- Ella-Kathryn Anderson - Miss Panhandle’s Teen
Like Warren, Janae Harris won multiple preliminary competitions this week including the evening gown on Thursday night and talent award on Friday.
Miss Nebraska and Miss Nebraska's Teen will stay in North Platte this week as Nebraskaland Days kicks off. They'll be at many events taking pictures, signing autographs and as support for the Miss Rodeo Nebraska pageant that starts Sunday.
