NORTH PLATTE - The Prairie Arts Center always has many new and exciting exhibits/gallery's, classes and so much more going on. The Sheldon Exhibit, which is a traveling exhibit will be at the PAC tell the end of the month, also a Halloween exhibit, a special gallery will be set up for North Platte native Eric Sterns that will be open in early November and concerts.&nbsp;
